We are fully dedicated to ensuring that our team is not only well equipped with the best safety practices but also properly trained to handle any situation that arises. To this end, we prioritize certifying as many of our workers as possible through OSHA programs, fostering a culture of safety that extends throughout our entire organization.
We hold regular safety training sessions for all team members, both in the field and in the office. This ensures that everyone involved, whether on-site or behind the scenes, is up to date with the latest safety protocols. Our training programs are comprehensive, hands-on, and designed to address the unique challenges faced in construction environments. Meet Our Safety Director
Colter Cunningham
With over 11 years of experience in the safety industry, Colter Cunningham has become an invaluable leader at RBD. Since joining our team five years ago, he has played a pivotal role in shaping our company’s commitment to safety. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, a BCSP-accredited program, Colter is dedicated to ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and partners.
Colter designed and implemented our systemic safety program from the ground up, setting a standard for excellence in safety practices. Under his leadership, RBD has been recognized with numerous safety awards, including accolades from the American Subcontractors Association, Associated Builders & Contractors of Arkansas, and the American Institute of Steel Construction.
Colter holds multiple certifications, including the Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification, OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications, and is a trained Genie Equipment Trainer and Red Cross First Aid Trainer.
As our Safety Director, he is passionate about cultivating a culture of safety and continuous improvement, ensuring that every project is completed with the highest standards of protection for all team members.
